TriKing refurbishes ageing sewer infrastructure, combining thorough preparation with spray-applied polyurea to extend asset life. We manage every step from initial inspection through to final QA handover.

Our Refurbishment Process

1. Initial inspection – CCTV and physical inspection to assess condition
2. High-pressure cleaning – Remove all debris, scale, and contamination
3. Infiltration repair – Address any active water ingress before coating
4. Surface preparation – Sand blasting or mechanical preparation as required
5. Coating application – Polyurea applied to manufacturer specification
