Why Surface Preparation Matters
Coating adhesion depends entirely on the quality of the substrate. Contamination, laitance, or insufficient surface profile will cause coating failure regardless of product quality. We do not cut corners on preparation.
Our Process
Sand blasting is used to remove existing coatings, corrosion, and surface contaminants while creating a mechanical key for the new coating system. Profile depth is tested before coating proceeds.
